How do I become a member? What kind of information do you need?

To become a Parker & Ace member, simply visit our onboarding site and enter your zip code (at this time, we are only serving pet parents in the D.C. metro area). From there, we ask simple questions about you and your pet (for example: your. name, phone number, email, and pet details).

What kind of services can my pet receive with Parker & Ace membership?

Parker & Ace is a general practice, meaning we treat all wellness, sick, and urgent care needs. Our in-house laboratory, digital radiology, and ultrasound equipment ensure we gather appropriate diagnostics to understand and treat your pet.In addition, our clinic has a state-of-the-art surgical suite for spays, neuters, mass removals, and other common surgeries. Parker & Ace also offers dental services, including cleanings and extractions. Lastly, we have a pharmacy on premises, so you are able to leave each visit with appropriate medications & immediately care for your pet.

Can I really talk to the Parker & Ace team 24/7?

Yep! We are here for you anytime, day or night—at no extra cost. Our veterinary professionals are available to answer questions 24/7. Calls with veterinarians will need to be scheduled within a preset schedule (which you can do using our mobile site).

What does 'no exam fees' mean?

With your membership, each visit to see a Parker & Ace veterinary professional is complimentary—both virtually and in-person. Based on your pet’s needs, your veterinary team will explain treatment recommendations, so you only pay for the services you approve.We believe you should not pay an upfront fee to access care, so hopefully we can more proactively treat your pet and avoid larger health issues in the future.

Do you accept pet insurance?

Absolutely! In fact, we highly recommend that you invest in pet insurance. Parker & Ace will work with any insurance provider.
